SMEs&Learning (SMEELEARN) project final meeting held on 21st and 22nd July in Italy

The final meeting for the Erasmus + project SMEs&Learning (SMEELEARN) took place in Italy from 21st-22nd July. The two-year project has been implemented by the career management and training consultancy EU15 Ltd (http://www.eu15.co.uk/), together with other seven participating institutions 

Pesaro. The final Consortium meeting for the Erasmus + project SMEs&Learning (SMEELEARN) took place at the CNA Pesaro e Urbino premises in Pesaro, Italy from 21st to 22 July 2016.


The final meeting started off with a welcoming presentation by the coordinating organization on the first day, including a presentation of the summary of executed outputs and expected final outcomes. The aim of the two-day event was to discuss on the final stage of the implementation process and more specifically on the SMEELEARN portal development -project and to offer a forum for the fruitful exchange of ideas and expectations by giving and receiving feedback in various work settings. WUS MED, as partner of the Consortium leading the Monitoring & Evaluation output ensured that all results meet the declared objectives of the proposal and relevant for the defined target groups. WUS MED will undertake the final evaluation of the Project and prepare a final composite Evaluation Report.

SMEELEARN general objective is to promote the transfer of innovative training practices from formal educational institutions to SMEs. As part of the expected results, the project wants to research/publish a "Best Practice Guide for SME & eLearning Developers" to accompany a new “SME e-Learning Portal”, so that SMEs are aware of the e-learning opportunities available to them, and, more importantly, how these can be used to best advantage to ensure acceptance by the managers and workforce.
